Mail & Package Handling: Collect mail, forward important items, or remove packages to prevent signs of vacancy.
Storm Preparation & Follow-Up: Secure outdoor furniture before storms and inspect for damage afterward.
Detailed Reporting: Provide digital or written reports with photos and notes after each visit.
